Overview	:	Yes, the government agents who've arrested our heroes are waiting for two spies. If it's not Rocky and Bullwinkle, it must be those two funny-looking green guys, reasons Special Agent Iris T. Upthecreek, but when he tries to take the moon men into custody, he's scrooched...for a full fifty years, which creates a tiny problem until Rocket J. hits upon the idea of putting the scrooched agent on a pedestal, right in front of the National Security Building, while he slowly thaws. Meanwhile, the moon men have become media darlings, with pointed heads all the rage, and they're even given the keys to the city (they're delicious). Cloyd and Gidney respond to all this flattering attention by heading back to their spaceship for a little peace and quiet, but ensuring that same peace and quiet on the moon means keeping Grandma Moose's recipe out of earthling hands, so it looks as if our heroes are going to be forced to go lunar themselves.
